At Lovisa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer returns for most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn and in original packaging; please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned unless faulty.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the generated shipping label before dropping the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
